COURSE: Mostly hard packed sand and grass trails through the park’s rare, scrubby at woods. Lots of shade trees. Finish on paved Legacy Trail. 5K map 10k map Directions to the Park
AMENITIES & GOODIES: Pristine setting; water stations and guides on the course; post-race refreshments; free entry to the park on race day before 7:45 a.m.; race shirts to the first 600 registrants; lots of door prizes

Friends of Oscar Scherer Park supports the park through charitable, scientific, literary and educational functions, and through programs, activities and fund raising to foster awareness of its importance as an environmental and recreational asset and to assist in conserving its natural and cultural resources.

Race day registration & packet pick up begins at 6:45 AM and will end at 7:45 AM. Park opens at 6:30 AM. Arrive early to avoid parking congestion.
